All positional, rutile type stainless steel electrode
depositing very low carbon weld metal of 19Cr/10Ni type. For welding 304 and 304L stainless steels in critical applications and for general purpose welding of other stabilised and non-stabilised 300 series stainless steels AWS A5.4: E309MoL-16
All positional, rutile type stainless steel electrode which
deposits very low carbon weld metal of 23Cr/12Ni/2.5Mo type. For welding of matching 309 and 309Mo base metals and a wide range of 300 and 400 series stainless steels to alloyed and non alloyed dissimilar ferrous metal combinations. AWS A5.4: E310-16
All positional (except vertical down) rutile/basic stainless
steel electrode of 25Cr/20Ni type, depositing fully austenitic weld metal which resists scaling up to 1050C. Recommended for welding heat resisting stainless steels such as 310 as used in cement kilns, case hardening furnaces and burners subject to high temperature oxidation. AWS A5.4: E316L-16
Rutile stainless steel electrode exhibiting superior all
positional welding (except vertical down) performance, depositing weld metal of 19Cr/12Ni/2.5Mo type. Recommended for welding 316, 316L and common 300 series stainless steels such as 301,302,304 and 304L. Also suitable for welding ferritic stainless steel alloys such as 3Cr12. AWS A5.4: E347-16

steel electrode with extra low carbon depositing weld metal of 19Cr/10Ni/0.5Nb type. Recommended for welding 321 and 347 stabilised stainless steels in critical, high temperature applications where immunity to weld metal sensitisation and resultant intergranular corrosion is essential. Very low carbon, rutile stainless steel electrode for all
positional welding (except vertical down) producing a 19Cr/9Ni type weld metal deposit. Recommended for welding 304 and 304L stainless steels such as used in dairy, food and chemical industries. AWS A5.4: E309L-16
