    DEFINISI
    Penekanan terhadap saraf ulnaris yang
    berada di Guyon canal atau disebut juga
    Ulnar tunnel.
    Penyakit ini disebut juga Handlebar Palsy
    (cyclist)
    Anatomi
    Etiologi
    Trauma tumpul yang berulang
    Fraktur hook of hammate
    Tumor (ganglioma/lipoma)
    Aneurisma arteri ulnaris
    >> penekanan terhadap saraf ulnaris
    Gejala
    Nyeri seperti tertusuk jarum terutama
    pada pagi hari setelah bangun tidur
    Berkembang > rasa terbakar dan
    penurunan sensasi (fungsi perabaan <<)
    Otot disekitar saraf ulnaris menjadi
    kaku+lemah
    Ulnar claw hand
    Location Symptoms Associations
    Proximal (prior to Ganglia & hook of

    Surrounding deep Ganglia & hook of

    Zone 2 type syndromes are most common, while Zone 3 are least
    common.
    Type I : proximal compression in Guyon's
    canal > motor weakness+sensory loss
    Type II : compression of the ulnar nerve at
    the lower wrist > motor weakness
    Type III : compression of the superficial
    branch of the ulnar nerve at the distal
    portion of Guyon's canal
