How Bank Earns?
The banks lend money to customers at a
higher rate than they pay to depositors or than
they borrow it. The difference, known as the
margin or turn, is kept by the bank. For
example, if a bank pays 1% interest on
deposits, they may charge 6% interest on
loans.

Introduction
Kotak Mahindra group, established in 1985 by Uday Kotak, is an Indian
financial services conglomerate.
It offers a wide range of banking products and financial services for
corporate and retail customers through a variety of delivery channels.
Kotak Mahindra Bank has a network of 1250+ branches and over more
than 1900ATMs spread across 639 locations in the country with more than
41k employees.
After acquiring ING Vysya bank, Kotak become the fourth-largest
private bank in the country in terms of total business. The biggest three
