A. Preventive Measures:
Use of electronic meters with tamper and load
survey logging features for all categories of
consumers.
Sealing of meters with seals and having proper
seal management
Installation of CTs/PTs in sealed boxes
Testing of the metering system as a whole to
ensure accuracy.
Ensuring accuracy in meter reading and billing
Carrying out regular energy audits covering the
feeder DT and all end consumers to ensure that
there is no revenue leakage beyond the
