To deliver a practical and detailed understanding of the Unipart Way philosophy,
principles, tools and techniques.
To gain a deep understanding of some of the core tools and techniques of the Unipart
Way through practical application.
To understand the importance and key elements of team working in a continuous
improvement culture.
Delegates understand how The Unipart Way supports and integrates lean principles into
their organisations overall business strategy.

Course Rules
This is a real opportunity to learn about The Unipart Way + Lean Manufacturing
All we ask is the following:
Arrive on time for the bus if you are late the bus will go without you!!
- You will have to negotiate a time to rejoin the course and apologise to your team mates
your team will lose points
When in the factory arrive on timefor sessions, if late do not enter your facilitator will come
and find you.
- You will have to negotiate a time to rejoin the course and corrective action maybe taken!!
When on the shop floor please be courteous to the operators / foreman / management
- DO NOT STRAY ONTO THE LINES WITHOUT YOUR FACILITATOR!!
When in the hotel all team rooms must be locked and keys handed to reception by 22.00pm
