WE WILL SEE THAT THIS NUMBER IS SYMBOLIC

OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF GOD’S PEOPLE ON
EARTH. THEY WILL BE CONTRASTED TO THOSE
WHO HAVE GONE ON TO HEAVEN

There are two different groups in this chapter. The 144,000

Rev 6:17 asks: Who will be able to stand in day of God’s wrath?

Rev 7:4 answers: Every last one of God’s people will stand !
