Salary Revision Letter

Dear Palagummi Srirama Subrahmanya Sarma,

We are revising your compensation structure effective 03rd April 2013. All the other terms and conditions of your
contract employment remain the same.

Your compensation details are as enumerated in Annexure A. Your association and employment with us would be
governed by the various policies and guidelines of the organization. The terms and conditions would be as detailed
in Annexure B of your appointment letter.

Please return the signed duplicate copy of this letter indicating the revision as a token of your acceptance of details
enumerated in Annexure A.

to the deduction towards the premium amount for
the same. Premium value is negotiated each year
with the insurance Company and it will reflect as
the deduction that the Company will pay to the
insurance company.

• Any Tax implication arising out of the above structure to be borne by the employee.
Please Note:

• In case of a pre-closure of a contract from your end, you need to serve a notice of 60 days.
You are requested to keep the compensation information highly confidential.
