    (1) Structure material Lifting & shifting from ground floor to 1 st,2nd,3rd,& 4th floor.

    (2) Tubular/Cup-lock scaffolding is used at working platform.

    (3) Measurement levelling and structure

    (4) Lifting hook fixed at the inside plate for chain pulley block.

    (5) At ground level assemble will be done.

    (6) Structural material will be lifted by crane/farana.

    (7) Assemble frame welded and fixed to the insert plate.

    (8) All structural material lifting from ground floor to 1 st,2nd,3rd,& 4th floor by farana/crane.

    (9) Erection will be done by farana/crane.

    RISK ASSESSMENT PRECAUTIONS


    Substitute the hazard with a lesser risk

    Use personal protective equipment.

    Checked lifting belt/wire rope sling before start the lifting work.

    Check the equipment before using it.

    Never stand under the load

    Ensure your training is up to date

    Plan the lift carefully

    All Lifting area should be barricated.

    Use the right equipment for the job.

    Scaffold build properly.

    Be aware of load limits on the scaffold.

    Keep the area organized and clear.

    Use double guardrail on scaffold.


    HOT WORK PRECAUTION
    Wear appropriate personal protective equipment

    Such as face shield .

    Leather welder’s vest and gauntlet gloves

    Remove combustible materials.

    Making a sure spark and slag cannot travel to non-protected areas.

    Ensuring other personnel in the area are aware of the hazard to which they may be
    exposed.

    Use cotton or denim cloths while hot work.
