    Terms & Conditions:

    1. Packing and forwarding Charges on actual extra.


    2. Delivery in 4 week.
    3. Payment Terms: - 50% Advance against with purchase order and balance amount against
    Performa invoice before dispatch.
    4. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances and in case of cancellation the
    advance shall be forfeited.
    5. Quoted prices are valid for 15 days.
    6. Warranty: - 12 Months from the date of dispatch (Except Electrical Parts).
    7. GST @ 18% extra.
    8. Installation/Commissioning: - The customer shall bear all expenses related to- from
    boarding/loading for any visit of our service Engineers for installation/commissioning of machines.
    9. Freight: To pay.
    10. All disputes are subject to Meerut jurisdiction only.
