Role
The Virtual Assistant (VA) with Lead Generation Expertise is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and
nurturing leads that contribute to the growth of the organization. The VA supports the sales and marketing
teams by performing administrative tasks, researching potential clients, and managing lead generation
campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation and Research

• Identify potential clients through online research, social media platforms, and databases.
• Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google, and CRM systems to find and compile contact details
of decision-makers.
• Analyze market trends to identify new lead opportunities in targeted industries.
• Develop and maintain an updated database of qualified leads.

2. Campaign Support
• Design and execute email outreach campaigns to engage prospects.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and responses.
• Assist in creating personalized email templates and follow-up sequences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with organizational goals.

3. CRM and Data Management


• Input, track, and manage leads in CRM software.
• Ensure data accuracy and regularly update lead status in the database.

4. Prospect Nurturing

The Billing and Accounts Specialist with RFP Coordination ensures accurate financial transactions, timely
billing, and effective management of accounts while supporting the preparation, submission, and
coordination of Request for Proposal (RFP) responses. This dual role bridges financial management and
business development to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Billing and Accounts Management


1. Billing and Invoicing:
o Prepare, review, and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
o Ensure accuracy of billing details, compliance with contracts, and adherence to payment
terms.
2. Accounts Reconciliation:
o Reconcile accounts receivable and payable to ensure financial accuracy.
o Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing or payments.
3. Payment Tracking and Collections:
o Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up with clients as needed.
o Prepare aging reports and recommend action plans for outstanding receivables.
4. Financial Reporting:

RFP Coordination
1. RFP Identification and Monitoring:

3. Coordination and Submission:
o Act as the primary point of contact for RFP inquiries and communications.
o Submit completed RFPs on time, adhering to submission guidelines.
4. Post-Submission Follow-Up:

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Educational Background:

Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in billing, accounts management, or a similar role.
• Experience with RFP coordination or business development processes is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with project management tools for tracking RFP milestones.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
