    A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND APPROVING THE ANNUAL YOUTH INVESTMENT PLAN (ABYIP) WITH
    ITS CORREESPONDING FUND REQUIREMENTS FOR C/Y 2022 TO SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF
    HANDONG, LIBMANAN, CAMARINES SUR EMBOYING THE SIX HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT THOUSAND
    FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY SIX PESOS AND EIGHTY TWO CENTAVOS (Php. 638,426.82)

    WHEREAS, as mandated by the Local Government Code of 1991, under section 329 thereof, ten percent
    (10%) of the general fund of the Barangay shall set aside for the SK.

    WHEREAS, said allocated is necessary for implementation of the herein listed priority programs and
    activities of the Sangguniang Kabataan,

    NOWTHEREFORE, on motion of Barangay Tom Erick B. Aldridge duly seconded by the majority be it.

    RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to adopt and approved the 2022 Annual Barangay Youth
    Investment Plan, consisting of the following programs and projects, viz:

    AVAILABLE RESOURCES:

    Beginning Balance 284,679.52


    2022 10% SK Share 353,747.30
    TOTAL AVAILABLE RESOURCES PHP 638,426.82
    PROGRAMS/PROJECTS:

    Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses 50,426.82


    Capital Outlay 255,000.00
    Equitable Access to Quality Education 230,000.00
    Environmental Protection 500.00
    Disaster Risk Reduction Resiliency 500.00
    Health and Anti-Drugs Abuse 500.00
    Climate Adaption 500.00
    Youth Employment and Livelihood 500.00
    Gender Sensitivity 500.00
    Sport Development 75,000.00
    Capability Building 30,000.00
    TOTAL PHP 638,426.82

    RESOLVED FINALLY, that the copies of this Resolution be furnished the offices concerned for their
    information appropriate action.
