    APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 01

    “AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE REALIGNMENT BUDGET NO. 1 FOR CALENDAR YEAR
    2022 IN THE TOTAL APPROPRIATED AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
    ONLY (PHP 100,000.00) FROM SK FUNDS”

    Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Agustin, Sta. Ana, Pampanga,
    in session assembled and by authority of the same, that:
    SECTION 1. Appropriations for the Ordinance Budget No. 1 for Calendar Year 2022.
    The Ordinance Budget No. 01 for Calendar Year 2022 of the Municipality of Sta. Ana,
    Pampanga in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 100,000) is hereby
    approved as follows, to wit:

    1. Expenditures
    a. ) 10% SK Funds
    1. Education - Educational Assistance and School Supplies Php 20,000.00
    2. Sports – Basketball / Volleyball Php 50,000.00
    3. Environment - Trash Can Php 30,000.00

    TOTAL- 10% SK FUNDS Php 100,000.00

    TOTAL APPROPRIATIONS Php 100,000.00

    SECTION 2. Source of Funds- The amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos Only
    (Php 100,000) shall be sourced out from the following, to wit;
    A. Realignment
    10% SK Funds
    1. Health Php 30,000
    2. Youth Empowerment Php 10,000
    3. Other Youth Related Projects Php 60,000
    TOTAL SOURCES Php 100,000

    SECTION 3. The explanation of expenditures is further provided under the attached schedule
    of Ordinance Budget No. 01 2020.4.25.

    SECTION 4. Effectivity. The appropriation ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

    Section 5. Appropriated budget for Health, Youth Empowerment, and Other projects 2022 will
    not be utilized as the COVID-19 cases in our country has dropped down and there are other
    important projects that needs to be implemented this year.
