Fee structure (2025 – 26)

Following is the fee structure for the Academic year commencing in April 2025-26:

Note:
1. There is no fee for books and notebooks for students in Std X and Std XII, as it is already collected
in Std IX and Std XI.
2. Due to the latest government regulatory changes regarding GST on notebooks, the cost for the same
will be intimated later.
Tuition fee & Bus fee:
Half of the tuition fee & half of the bus fee should be paid on or before 10th January, 2025.
The remaining half is to be paid on or before 16th August, 2025. Please note that the tuition
fee includes the cost for the Lego & Robotics Innovation Lab, Zumba, Theatre & Music, Book Reading
Programs, Language Development Program, Maths Lab & ICT Programs for up to std. X.
Books fee:
The full amount mentioned should be paid on or before 10th January, 2025.
Note :
It will be considered that the child is not continuing in the school for the next academic year
(2025-26) if the above fees are not paid by 10th January, 2025.
Lunch & Snacks fee:
Students can opt for only lunch or snacks or for both. It can be paid in two equal instalments.
(1stinstalment for June to October & 2nd instalment for November to April). The 1st instalment (first
half) should be paid by 10th January, 2025 and the second installment (second half) by 16th August
2025. Students can also pay just one instalment and have Snacks & Lunch for June to October or
November to April.
Details regarding uniform, bus, books, notebooks and reopening dates will be sent to you
shortly.
Mode of Payment:
As per government instructions fee can be paid in non-cash mode only, as given below:

1. By Cheque (by A/C Payee Cheque only) in the name of SPRINGDAYS SCHOOL. Kindly
handover the cheque in person at the school accounts office. Do not send it by post.
[Please make sure you get the fees receipt after you handover the cheque. The receipt will be
needed for future reference.]
2. By using Springdays school Parent App.
[Please make sure you also download the fees receipt after you make the payment online. The
receipt will be needed for future reference.]
3. By using Springdays school Parent Website.
[Please make sure you also download the fees receipt after you make the payment online. The
receipt will be needed for future reference.]
4. By using your Debit/Credit card at school accounts office through parent website.
[Please make sure you get the fees receipt after payment made using parent website at school
office. The receipt will be needed for future reference.]

Using Parent App -To install our School parent app on your mobile phone and make payment, please
follow the steps as below:
Step 1. You can also search for 'School Parent App' by Neverskip on the Android Play Store or Apple
Store and install the app.
Step 2. Only registered mobile number, to which school SMS are sent, can be used for registration.
For installations in other devices, use the registered phone number to activate the app.
Step 3. Click on ‘Fee Activity’, choose the Pay Now option in ‘Total Due Amount’ and select the fees
category listed for making payment.
Step 4. Please accept the T&C before proceeding with the payment.
Step 5. Click the pay button.
Step 6. Select the pay mode and pay the amount.
Step 7. After finishing the payment, parents will receive the confirmation message from their bank and
payment gateway.
Step 8. Parents can download fees receipt from ‘Payment History’ option displayed under ‘Fee Activity ‘and
select accounting year to 2025-26 and click Load.

Using Parent Website- To login and make payment using Parent Website, please follow the steps below:
Step 1. Log on to URL: https://parent.neverskip.com for parent portal login in Google Chrome Web
Browser.
Step 2. Please enter your Registered Mobile Number (at school) and your Password.
Step 3. Click ‘Pay Online 2025-26’ under ‘Fee Details’ section at the bottom and select the fees category
listed for making payment
Step 4. Please accept the T&C before proceeding with the payment.
Step 5. Click on the pay button.
Step 6. Select the pay mode and pay the amount.
Step 7. After finishing the payment, parents will receive the confirmation message from their bank
and payment gateway.
Step 8. Parents can download fees receipt from ‘More Details’ option displayed under ‘Fee Details’ and
select accounting year to 2025-26 and click Load.

Using Debit/Credit card at school accounts office- Parent will be assisted for making fees payment
through the parent website by the accounts team.
Please bring the following with you for making payment
 Debit /Credit Card in which you are going to make payment.
 Mobile Number which is registered with the card (to which you will get the OTP for the
transaction)
Account team will support in making payment and generate receipt for you.
