Good AFTERNOON, esteemed teachers, staff, learners, parents, and

community members. It is with great pride and enthusiasm that I stand
before you today to deliver the State of the School Address for the 2023-
2024 academic year. As we gather to reflect on our achievements,
confront our challenges, and chart our future course, I am reminded of the
incredible resilience and dedication that define our school community.

Firstly, let us celebrate our achievements. Over the past year, our learners
have demonstrated remarkable academic prowess, artistic creativity, and
athletic excellence. Our standardized test scores have risen significantly,
placing us among the top-performing schools in our division. This success
is a testament to the hard work of our learners, the commitment of our
teachers, and the support of our parents.

Our extracurricular programs have flourished. Our sports teams have

broken several school records. These accomplishments are not just
victories; they are reflections of the dedication and teamwork that thrive
within our halls.

This year, we have 758 learners. 386 males and 372 females. For the
teaching staff we have 2 male teachers, 26 female teachers, 1
administrative officer and 1 school head for a total 0f 30 faculty and
teaching staff. We have 13 buildings, 28 classrooms including School
office, School canteen, and a Storage room. All our classrooms are
equipped and conducive to learning. All classrooms have comfort rooms
and 5 of them is a gender sensitive toilet.

Our commitment to cater education to our learners is our main focus.

Every student now has access to a tablet ensuring that learning can
happen anytime and anywhere. This initiative has not only enhanced our
teaching methods but also fostered greater learner engagement and
collaboration.

Beyond academics and innovation, fostering a supportive and inclusive

environment remains our top priority. We have implemented
comprehensive mental health programs, ensuring that every student has
access to the resources they need to thrive. Our school counselor and
support staff have been tirelessly working to create a safe and nurturing
space where students can express themselves and seek guidance.

We have also strengthened our commitment to diversity, equity, and
inclusion. Through various programs and initiatives, we are teaching our
students the importance of empathy, respect, and understanding. Our
goal is to cultivate a community where every individual feels valued and
empowered to succeed.

As we look ahead to the remainder of this school year and beyond, our
vision remains clear: to provide a holistic education that prepares our
learners for the future while nurturing their individual talents and
passions. We will continue to invest in professional development for our
teachers, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to inspire and
educate. Our infrastructure improvements will focus on creating a more
sustainable and adaptable learning environment, ready to meet the needs
of the 21st century.

In conclusion, the state of our school is strong, vibrant, and full of

potential. Our achievements are a testament to the hard work and
dedication of every member of our school community. While we face
challenges, we do so with a spirit of resilience and a commitment to
excellence. Together, we will continue to create an environment where
every learners can thrive, learn, and grow.

Thank you for your unwavering support and dedication. Here’s to a
