    Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) established its India presence in 2008 and has steadily expanded over the
    last 15 years to over 300 people across Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore. A&M is a leading global
    professional services firm that provides advisory, business performance improvement and turnaround
    management services. A&M provides global leadership, problem solving and value creation for
    companies across industries and around the world. We work as advisers, interim leaders and partners

    A&M is now venturing into setting up a high-quality global capability center in India. The capability center
    will have dedicated centers of expertise which will work with A&M leadership across multiple business

    A&M was founded by units and geographies to enable efficient service delivery to A&M clients. While this unique journey has

    What is Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI)?

    Alvarez and Marsal’s dedicated PEPI professionals work with investors and their
    portfolio companies to provide independent analysis and end to end services
    across the investment life cycle that deliver results in every economic cycle.

    Through our PEPI practice, Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) offers assistance to private
    equity owned portfolio companies that are under-performing or with a need of re-
    organization and re-positioning. Working directly with company management,
    A&M's involvement reassures all stakeholders that the company is taking
    important steps to address its problems and maximize its value.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Job responsibilities -
    As a valued member of the A&M PEPI team, you will be working on high-impact projects across the entire private equity life cycle, from pre-acquisition
    support (operational due diligence, carve-out, merger integration), to transformation, performance improvement and operational
    turnaround/restructuring, through to supporting the exit across regions.
    The work scope is not limited to but also includes exposure to varied industries like – Consumer Products, Retail, Travel, Hospitality & Leisure,
    Healthcare etc.

    •Assisting in pitches. •Synthesizing information after research and analysis into high
