IN THE COURT OF THE HON’B LE PRINCIPAL JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGE CUM JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE OF FIRST CLASS, R.R. DISTRICT
HONOURED SIR Today i.e., on 09.12.2024 at 19:00 hours received a complaint from Sri. Manchu Manoj, S/o. Sri. M. Mohan Babu, aged about 42 years, Caste:
OC, Occ: Movie Artist , R/o Manch Town ship, Jalpally (V), Balapur (M), RR Dist. Which reads as follows. The facts of the case are that on 08.12.2024, at about
09:00 Am, about 10 unknown persons who were armed with sticks entered into complainant house, where he presently living. Complainant is currently on a
shooting schedule, and he was not supposed to be at home, but, due to other sudden commitments, he was at home and cancelled his schedule for the day. The
unknown persons who had knowledge of his shooting schedule, under the impression that he was not at his residence, entered his house and surrounded his wife
and children and threatened her by saying that they would kill him and his wife. When complainant was alerted about the incident, he immediately rushed down to
the floor. On seeing him at home, the unknown persons said 'Ino Ghar main kyun hain?' and started rushing out of the premises. He chased them in an attempt to
catch them which resulted in a scuffle and in the process, he received several injuries in the process. He immediately took his wife and children and enquired as to
what had transpired. There is an imminent threat to the lives of his wife, his children and him. He went to hospital to get treated and by the time, he came back
 home in the night and shocked to learn that the CCTV footage was missing. When he enquired at home he was told by the staff in the house that Vijay Reddy and
Kiran had taken the CC TV footage after he left for the hospital. He suspects that Vijay Reddy and Kiran may be aware of these anti-social elements and their
plan otherwise there was no need to take the CCTV footage which has the evidence of the events that transpired at his house. Vijay Reddy also threatening some
of the reporters not to publish in electronic media. Complainant therefore requested to kindly take necessary steps to grant protection to him, his wife and children
and investigate in respect to the unknown persons who illegally entered into his house and intimidated his wife and children. Hence, the complainant requested to
take necessary action. Hence the FIR. Received on 09.12.2024 at 19:00 hours As per the contents of the above complaint, I have registered a case in Cr. No:
643/2024 U/s 329 (4), 115 (2), 351 (2) r/w 3(5) BNS and investigation entrusted to Sri V. Laxmaiah, SIP. Sd/- (P. Guruva Reddy) Inspector of Police, PS
Pahadishareef, R.C.K.
