VEHICLE LEASE AGREEMENT (VLA) VLA No: 0060

This Agreement is entered into at Dubai on 09/10/2024

By and Between:

Golden Fleet for Car Rental LLC, Dubai United Arab Emirates, UAE (hereinafter Lessor) And

Customer details (hereinafter the Lessee) – Zafar Hyder Syed Anees Ahmed – EID – 784-1981-6584147-3

Lessor and the Lessee are together referred to as the Parties.

The Lessee is desirous of leasing the vehicle(s) more fully described in Schedule 2 of this Agreement (the
Vehicle(s)). Lessor is willing to lease the Vehicle(s) to the Lessee on the terms and conditions as set out in this
Agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree on the following:

1 Term
The Vehicle(s) shall be leased by Lessor to the Lessee for a term of 20 days. (The Term) –09th Oct – 29th Oct 2024
The Term shall commence from the date on which the Vehicle is delivered to the Lessee as evidenced by the signed
Vehicle Delivery / return Note (VDRN) in the form set out in Schedule 3 of this Agreement.

2 Lease Rental
The Lessee shall pay to Lessor the monthly charges for the Vehicle(s) which are set out in Schedule 2 of this
Agreement (the Lease Rental). The Lease billing will be in advance every Monthly.

3 Schedules
This Agreement is to be read with the following Schedules, which form an integral part of the Agreement:

Schedule 1: General Terms & Conditions

Schedule 2: Description of Vehicle/ Lease Rental
Schedule 3: Vehicle Delivery /return Note (VDRN)

Any additional schedule that may be attached hereto subsequently as agreed between the Parties shall form an
integral part of this Agreement.

In witness whereof, the Parties have executed this Agreement on the day.

 SCHEDULE 1 OF Vehicle Lease Agreement
General Terms and Conditions
Golden Fleet Car Rental LLC, here after called “Lessor” rents the vehicle (s) that is/ are mentioned in the Vehicle Delivery/ Return
Note (VDRN) to the “Lessee” and is subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below:

Lease Rental & Payment Terms:

• Lessee shall pay monthly Rental for Vehicle (s) on the Lease Rental specified in Schedule 2 from the date the Vehicle (s) are
delivered to the Lessee as per the date mentioned in the Vehicle Delivery/ Return Note (VDRN)
• Rental shall be payable in advance at the beginning of each month unless it is agreed in writing by the Lessor at the time of
signing the Agreement. In case of delay beyond 7 days, Lessee will be liable to pay an interest of 2% per month on the total
outstanding.
• Lessee shall ensure that an official receipt is obtained from Lessor for any payment.
• Rental charges are subject change for reasons beyond the control of the Lessor.

Lessor’s undertaking:
• To provide insurance cover for persons using the vehicle with its permission as per the fleet policy that is available for
inspection. Lessee shall have the option to accept or decline CDW and PAI at extra cost at the time of signing the Agreement.
Insurance will not cover Sabotage & Terrorism, Natural Disaster, Floods or any act of God.
• To keep the registration of the vehicle valid.
• To do maintenance and repair of the vehicle due to normal wear and tear. One set of tyres will be replaced free after 60,000
Kms.

Lessee’s undertaking:
• To monitor and bring the vehicle for service and maintenance and registration renewal with prior appointment.
• To inform the Lessor in case of an accident and obtain a Police Report to process an insurance claim and pay insurance
excess amount of AED 1500 per claim (or as per schedule 2) in case of accident due to Lessee’s fault and “Hit & Run” where
third party is not identified.
• To pay all repair and related cost in case Police Report is not obtained due to any reason.
• To return the vehicle in overall good condition without apparent defects/ damages and with all documents and accessories to
the Lessor location on a date designated in this agreement.
• To compensate the Lessor in case the Lessee violates the terms and conditions of the agreement and causes damage, loss or
theft of the vehicle or part of it due to any reason, irrespective of his or driver’s fault, pay the amount of all resulting losses and
expenses of the Lessor (including but not limited to replacement or recovery costs, repair costs, compensation for reduction in
value, fines etc and loss of revenue)
• To accept all liabilities and pay fines and other related expenses incurred due to violation of traffic, municipality and local laws.
Lessor will charge AED 50.00 per traffic fine and AED 1 per Salik as administrative cost and reserves the right to charge these
to the Lessee credit card with no preset time limit.
• To pay agreed excess Km charges for use of the vehicle (s) for use beyond 4000 Km per month (or as agreed in writing by
Lessor).
• Not to sub-let and give possession to third party and use the vehicle (s) for any illegal purposes.
• Not to use the vehicle in Off-Road condition and for rallying, racing or any other activities that may result in damage to the
vehicle.
• Not to repair the vehicle by any unauthorized person and pay AED 50 for exterior cleaning, AED 100 for internal cleaning and
AED 300 for shampooing in case the vehicle is returned dirty.
• To check all fluid levels, tyre pressure and accept liabilities for all damages for using the vehicle below the specified limit.
• Not to drive the vehicle through water and accept all liabilities in case of damages to the engine and any other part of the
vehicle.
• Pay for repair of any damage to the vehicle not due to normal wear and tear and misuse (including Tyre puncture, Tyre and
Rim damage)
• Bring the vehicle to Lessor premises at regular interval for inspection, maintenance/ repair and registration renewal
• To accept all liabilities, and hold Lessor harmless for use of the vehicle during its possession.
• Return the Vehicle (s) with full tank fuel or pay 1.5 times the actual fuel cost.

Driver Qualifications:

• Minimum age of the driver will be 25 years.

• Driver on Resident status must have a valid driving license acceptable to the UAE authorities that is minimum 1year old.
• Driver on Visitor/ Tourist status must have an International Driving License and the National Driving License that is minimum
1 year old.
• Lessee will provide details of all drivers driving the Vehicle (s) and provide colored scanned copies of Passport with entry
stamp and valid Driving License.

(In case of any violation of the above, no claim shall be entertained unless prior written approval of the Lessor is obtained
in writing and Lessee shall be responsible for all damages to the Vehicle (s), Passengers and Third party damages)

Early termination/ Possession:

• Lessor have the right to terminate the contract and take possession of the vehicle at the expense of the Lessee in case the
Lessee does not pay the rental, fines and Salik within 7 days from the due date or misuse the vehicle or use it for illegal or
criminal activities or violate any of the terms and conditions mention in the agreement.

• For early termination by the Lessee due to any reason, Lessee agrees to compensate the Lessor as under:

36 Months 60 days rental in the first year, 30 days rental in the second year and 15 days rental in the third year
24 Months 30 days rental in the first year and 15 days rental in the second year
12 Months 30 days rental in the first 9 months and 15 days after 9 months

Compensation different from above will be in writing at the time of signing the Agreement.

Governing Laws:

This Agreement shall be governed by UAE laws and jurisdiction of Dubai courts.

Annexure to lease Agreement

Annexure for Agreement 0060 concerning renting vehicles undersigned on:

The Second Party (Lessee) herby declares that he received from the First Party the vehicle/s with the conditions and
specifications described herein after and that he had conducted a survey on it in such a manner that preclude any
unawareness and that he found them in a good condition free of any defects and highly qualified, and that he is
obliged to return, to the first party upon the expiry of the Agreement, the vehicle/s in good working condition as he
receives it.
