India and provides several investor solutions including transaction origination and processing

Responsibilities

➢ Conduct comprehensive audits of financial transactions and customer interactions to


maintain and improve service quality.
➢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement
strategies.
➢ Analyze audit findings, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
➢ Regularly review and update audit processes to align with industry standards and company
policies.
