the above work.

SUBMISSION OF BIDS
The bidders who are desirous of participating in ‘e’procurement
shall submit their Tender, in the Standard Formats prescribed in the
Tender documents displaced at ‘e’market place. The bidder shall
invariably upload the Statement showing the list of documents to be
produced in support of their Tender [THE BIDDER MAY ALSO UPLOAD SCANNED
COPIES OF CERTIFICATES, WHICH IS OPTIONAL].
The bidder shall sign on the statements, documents, certificates

uploaded by him accepting responsibility for their correctness /
authenticity.
The attested copies of certificates; documents as listed in the
Statement in support of Technical bid are to be submitted by the
L1bidder to the concerned Municipal Commissioner, so as to reach
before concluding the Agreement. The bidder shall not submit any
certificate / documents other than those listed. Failure to furnish any
documents, certificates before concluding Agreement will entail for
rejection of the bid and block listed for a period of three years.
Similarly, if any of the certificates, documents etc., furnished by the
bidder is found to be false / fabricated / bogus the bidder will be
blacklisted and EMD forfeited.
The following qualification information to fulfill the above
eligibility criteria shall be uploaded and hard copies of the same shall be
submitted before opening of Tender.
a) EMD.
b) Copy of Contractors registration certificate.
c) Latest Income tax clearance certificate / Latest IT returns and PAN
number
d) Copy of G.S.T Registration certificate.
e) The tenderer should fill in the particulars in the Statements I to III
as detailed below:-
i) Statement I : availability of key personnel for
administration site management and execution viz;
Technical personnel required for the work.
ii) Statement I : Information on litigation history in which
Tenderer is the Petitioner if any information on criminal
litigation in which the tenderer is involved If any.
iii) Statement III : Information on Criminal records if any
f) Affidavit in prescribed format.
SCOPE OF WORK
The information and data furnished herein relevant to the
work and site conditions are genera. It shall be the responsibility
of the contractor to fully acquaint himself with the nature and
location works, quarries, local conditions and other aspects,
which are relevant to the work.
Location of the work: CONSTRUCTION OF WATER WASHING RAMP
FOR PUBLIC HEALTH AND SANITATION
VEHICLES AT BONDAGUNTA VEHICLE YARD
IN KAKINADA MUNICIPAL CORPORATION.
1. SSR (Year, and extra allowance considered). 2022-23 and local
quotation rates
2. Estimated amount and LS provision [ECV] (Considered in the estimate
for working out thorough rates).

LS Provisions :- : Rs. 95,322/-
1. Towards GST : Rs. 80,873/-
2. Towards Seigniorage Charges : Rs. 14,000/-
