3. Data Connections and Networks:

 What network infrastructure (e.g., Wi-Fi, broadband) will enable
efficient data flow between staff and systems?
What network infrastructure:
Network infrastructure is a set of software and hardware components
that help build, run, and maintain an IT network.

 How can data connections help in remote work for the manager
and on-the-go staff?
In three hearts I will mention them and they are:
1- It will make me happy to communicate with customers, meaning like social
media platforms.
2- The company’s security, anything, meaning like cameras and sensors.
3- Controlling the company, meaning I can, for example, turn off the lights
remotely or I can turn on the air conditioner remotely.

4. Emerging Technologies:
 What emerging technologies (e.g., cloud computing, IoT) can be
integrated to support the company’s growth?
What emerging technologies:
Emerging technology refers to innovative advancements or developments that
have the potential to significantly change the way we live and work. These
technologies arise from cutting-edge research and offer new opportunities for
industries, economies, and societies.
Cloud computing: can help a lot. I mean, if the administrator wants to upload a
file, you can use cloud computing. In order for you to be able to see him, he must
have the same account as the administrator, so once the administrator uploads it,
everyone can see it, so it's easier.

 How can these technologies benefit daily operations and

customer interactions?
Cloud technology not only improves customer experience but also streamlines
business operations. By centralizing data and tools in the cloud, companies can
reduce costs, enhance collaboration, and improve efficiency.

5. Impact of IT Infrastructure:
 What potential benefits and challenges will implementing this IT
infrastructure pose to staff and customers?
Benefits of IT infrastructure management:
Effective IT infrastructure management practices can increase
operational efficiency. Having an asset service configuration strategy
that includes proactively monitoring and maintaining IT systems
minimizes downtime and disruptions to ensure consistent availability
and employee productivity. A problem management strategy is a core
component of ITSM frameworks, which helps identify and manage the
causes of incidents on an IT service after an incident occurs–essential
for preventing issue reoccurrence in the future.

IT infrastructure management also optimizes resource allocation.

Careful monitoring and analysis identify and redistribute underutilized
resources, shifting them to areas experiencing greater demand, leading
to a more cost-effective IT environment.

Security is crucial for optimal IT infrastructure management. By

implementing robust security protocols and procedures, companies can
significantly reduce the risk of cyberattacks and data breaches. These
include user access control, data encryption, and regular vulnerability
assessments.

Successful IT infrastructure management also plays a vital role in

promoting scalability. A well-managed IT foundation can readily adapt
as a business grows. This allows for seamless integration of new
technologies and facilitates adding new users or applications without
compromising performance or stability.
By proactively planning, companies can ensure their IT infrastructure
remains agile and can support long-term goals.

 How will this infrastructure improve the efficiency of order

management, delivery logistics, and customer service?
Order Management Strategies:
Effective order management strategies are essential for businesses to
streamline their operations, maximize efficiency, and increase
profitability. In this section, we’ll discuss some common strategies that
businesses can implement.

Automation:
One of the most effective strategies for order management is
automation. Automation involves using software or technology
solutions to automate repetitive tasks such as order processing,
inventory management, and shipping.

By automating these tasks, businesses can improve accuracy, reduce

errors, and increase productivity.

Some common order management automation tools include order

management systems (OMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP)
software, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
6. Recommendations:

 How does your recommendation meet the needs of the
company and its stakeholders?
They should always focus on development, meaning they should not be
directed to the same computer ten years from now.

7. Evaluation:
 How effective will the recommended IT infrastructure be in
addressing the company's current limitations and future needs?
We may encounter some problems such as applications or devices or
the security system
Solution: We must pay special attention to the security system for the
safety of the consumer. This does not mean that we should stay away
from the application or devices. Now, devices and applications must
also be developed
Future plans: We must develop everything, no matter what, even the
place where they work.
 What risks or limitations are associated with the proposed
solutions?
Of course there must be risks, especially since we must pay attention to
the company's security system.
Also, the quality of the product, because if we neglect the product, the
customer will not come to us and will also give us a bad evaluation.
 How will the new infrastructure impact productivity, customer
satisfaction, and employee efficiency?
The response to customers will be faster, the quality of the product will
improve and the employees will not get tired as much because there
will be development.
