PAST SIMPLE

Mike loves doing sports. Last weekend he played football with his friends. He was a

forward in his team. Yesterday he went in mountaineering with his family. They

climbed mountains and rocks. Last year he tried karate, but he didn’t like it.

negrito (last weekend; yesterday; last year), a maioria das ações aconteceram no passado.

usamos o tempo verbal Past Simple.

Estuda esta ficha com atenção!

A ficha organiza-se da seguinte forma: 1. Time expressions; 2. Regular Verbs; 3. Irregular

Verbs.

1. TIME EXPRESSIONS

Yesterday – Ontem

The day before yesterday - Anteontem

Last week /month / year- A semana passada/ o mês passado/ o ano passado

A week/ a month / a year ago – Há uma semana / Há um mês / Há um ano

In 2010 – em 2010 (serve para qualquer ano passado)

2. REGULAR VERBS
2.1. Affirmative form

sua forma do Simple Past “did”, na negativa – did not / didn’t, juntamente com o verbo

principal no infinitivo.

I didn’t watch I didn’t love I didn’t study

You didn’t watch You didn’t love You didn’t study

He didn’t watch He didn’t love He didn’t study

She didn’t watch She didn’t love She didn’t study

We didn’t watch We didn’t love We didn’t study

You didn’t watch You didn’t love You didn’t study

They didn’t watch They didn’t love They didn’t study

2.2. Interrogative form

Did I watch…? Did I love…? Did I study…?

Did you watch…? Did you love…? Did you study…?

Did he watch…? Did he love…? Did he study…?

Did she watch…? Did she love…? Did she study…?

Did it watch…? Did it love…? Did it study…?

Did we watch…? Did we love…? Did we study…?

maneiras.
