The film "Hachiko - Friend Forever" is a drama and is very well known worldwide since 2009,

the date of its realization.

One of the predominant stars is Richard Gere, who plays the role of Parker Wilson, the owner
of Hachi. Richard Gere, a 73-year-old actor, has acted in other well-known films, such as, “A
Woman's Dream” (1990) and “Infidel” (2002).

The whole story starts, when an Akita puppy born in a Japanese monastery is being shipped to
the United States, on the way its wooden crate falls off and opens up. Harchi gets off and starts
walking through the Rhode Island train station, where he meets Parker Wilson, who has just
gotten off the train on his way home, after his job as a professor at a university.

Harchi is a Harchiko breed dog, known to be very loyal to their owners and that's where the
story develops, as Harchi starts to accompany Parker to the train station every day and wait
until he returns, until an unexpected event that changed his life.

My opinion of this film is very positive, I think this film shows the incredible love between a
dog and a human and that everyone can be loved in different ways.
