(i) The refractive index of diamond is 2.42. What is the meaning of this statement?
(ii) The diagram below represents the path of a light ray from three different media A, B and C.
(iii) Refractive index of diamond with respect to glass is 1.6. If the absolute refractive index of glass is
1.5, then what is the absolute refractive index of diamond?

39. Sahil performed an experiment to study the inheritance pattern of genes. He crossed tall pea plants (T T)
with short pea plants (tt) and obtained all tall plants in F1 generation.
