formulated by the University time to time and undertake to abide by the following: -
1. I hereby promise to strictly follow and abide by all rules and regulations of the University. I will not do
any thing, which is against the interest of the University. I will not participate in any subversive
activities inside or outside the University campus. If I am found indulged in any in disciplinary activities
then I am liable for any disciplinary action including my rustication from the University.
2. I undertake that RAGGING is prohibited by the order of Hon’ble Supreme Court and is treated as an
offence. If I am found any way and any place (University campus and Hostel) participating in ragging
then I may be immediately rusticated and legal case shall also be filed against me.
3. I undertake that I am not enrolled and will enroll in any other Course – Private or Regular in any other
Board/University at the time of Admission or during course duration. If found by University Officials,
the enrolment may be cancelled and/or legal case shall also be filed against me and University may not
be responsible for outcome.
4. I undertake that I am not a Govt. Employee or Engaged with Government Work / Private Job at the
time of Admission. If during the course Duration, If I am Selected in any Govt. Job or Private Job, I
have to inform the University Urgently for updating the Records .If found by University Officials, the
enrolment may be cancelled and/or legal case shall also be filed against me and University may not be
responsible for outcome.
5. I Undertake that I am not having any legal case pending against me and not involved in any illegal
activity.
6. I Undertake that I have not provided and Will not provide any Fake Documents for getting Admission
in University and Scholarship from Government – In case Found, the enrolment may be cancelled
and/or legal case shall also be filed against me and University may not be responsible for outcome.
7. I shall remain regular and punctual in attending the classes throughout the session. I have been made
aware that I shall be strictly governed by ordinances of the University regarding the minimum
attendance requirement of 75% in theory and practical classes in each subject each year. If my
attendance is less than 75%, I shall not be allowed to appear in the examination including sessionals.
8. I am aware of the Laws and Judgement of the Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court that use of unfair means
during examination in a punishable offence and that if I am found indulged in unfair means, I shall be
liable to be punished.
9. That I Understand that the Course does not require approval of any Council / Board and the University
is not approved by any relevant Council / Board for conducting the course.
10. I promise that if I remains continue absent three days I will deposit medical certificate in University or
I will take pre permission from University.
11. That I promise to follow the library rules notified through the notice board of library. I know that in
case of violation of these rules membership of the library will be cancelled.
12. That I promise if my Permanent Address and Phone/ Contact No. changed then I will immediately
inform to University.
13. That I promise to bring student identity card regularly which will be issued once in the session. In case
of re issue, Rs. 100/- to be deposited for duplicate I.D. card.
14. That I promise to come to the University regularly at the given time and to attend the classes as per the
time table completely. In case of delay I will not be allowed to enter the class and will not be allowed
to go out of the University till the end of classes.
15. I promise that I will not bunking of classes before and after holidays in any circumstances without
permission.
16. That in case, for any reason, the Diploma / Certification is not accepted by any authority (whether
Government or Private) for validity / Job requirement / Registration, university will not be liable for
such circumstances.
17. That I promise not to use of mobile phone during the classes & labs. I know it is strictly prohibited and
if found using it the mobile will be confiscated by the teacher concerned.
18. That I Promise for no smoking and no chewing gutka, no taking alcohol because it is strictly prohibited
in the University campus and will be severely punished if found indulging in these activities.
19. That I promise that I will maintain the discipline of the University and follow rules & regulations of the
University.
20. That I Promise for not to damage, any property of the University if I am found guilty. I will deposit the
appropriate fine.
21. That I under take Fees once deposited will not be refunded under any condition or circumstances.
22. That I undertake, University reserves the right to add or amend these terms and conditions as required
from time and the same will be binding on the student.
23. That the President/Chairman/University Authorities of the University will have full liberty to expel me
from the university, Hostel and Transport for any infringement of the above undertaking.
