Day 01 – Arrival Jasdhih

Morning arrive at Jasidih station/Deoghar Airport, our vehicle will pick you
from station/Airport. Check in at Hotel and after refreshment leave. Later Visit
Baba Baidyanath temple by local electronic rickshaw (on direct payment basis
approx Charge 10-20 rupees per person), evening aarti darshan .leisure time
you can visit by own local market Clock tower .Overnight at Hotel

Day 02 – Full Day Deoghar

Morning Jal Abhishek at Baba Baidyanath with Puja (samagri clients own cost)
by local electronic rickshaw (direct payment basis) after divine darshan and
Breakfast,then procced to Baba Bashukinath Temple pooja darshan, Satsang
Ashram, Tirkut Pahad, Shiv Ganga , Mayurrakshi river back to hotel night stay
Deoghar.

Day 03 – Departure to Kolkata by train

Today Morning check out from hotel after breakfast procced to Jasdhih
Railway station to Howrah by train pickup from Howrah railway station
procced to hotel Kolkata night stay.

Day 04 – Kolkata to Gangasagar

Early in the morning (5:30 am) after tea, we will leave for a full day excursion to Gangasagar
where the Ganga drains into the sea. It is considered to be of great religious significant &
explore the Kapileshwar Muni Ashram- it is one Punya Tirtha among five Punya Dham.
Overnight stay Gangasagar.

Day 05 – Gangasagar to Kolkata

Today morning holi dip in gangasagar then transfer to howrah railway station depart to Puri
pickup from puri latenight overnight stay Puri.

Day 06 – Full Day Puri sightseeing

Today morning darshan Jaganath puri and local temple , Chilka lake , eveing enjoy beacj side
back to hotel overnight stay puri.

Day 07 – Puri to Bhuvneshwar

Today Morning check out from hotel after breakfast then drive & drop at
Bhuvneshwar railway station.

• Complimentary services for child below 4 yrs will be at the hotels only and it will be chargeable if any
additional service is availed apart from offered
• In Cruise & Helicopter tickets below 2 Yrs are complimentary only chargeable taxes
• Complimentary child will not be given any additional seat in the vehicle, the guests will have to
adjust them in the same vehicle.
• AC will not work in hill areas or stopped / parked vehicle
• Vehicle will run only till the point it is allowed in a particular destination, if the guest want to travel/visit
beyond that point will have to arrange the local transport by him/her
• If Gala dinner on selected date is mandatory in the hotel opted the same will be directly payable by
the guest and will be as per the hotel’s policy.
• If any services not using or missing like hotels/sightseeing/vehicle etc being reason traffic jam/political
disturbance/high tide/ natural climates – no any amount refund
• Gangasagar Car Parking to Gangasagar Holi bath electronic rickshaw on direct payment basis
• During day of high tide at Gangasagar, ferry time could be changed
 • Revised Rates will be applicable if any diesel price hike
• Revised rates will be applicable if any Govt taxes changes

• However in Puri Check inn Time 1030 am and Check out time 830 am
• Cancellation charge would be applicable as per company policy
• Vehicle confirmed will be as per Itinerary and not at disposal .AC will work only in the plain

• All sightseeing mentioned are subject to weather conditions ,political conditions &traffic
conditions in the destination
• Any cancellation or delay in hotel check out due to third party service ( like Sightseeing Hotels,
train ,flight, the extra charge would be applicable .The next allocation for the hotels subject to
abilities
• Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities/weather conditions/for any unforeseen reasons is
non-refundable or non-adjustable.
• ITINERARYMAYCHANGEAT ANYTIME-Were serve the right to alter, amend, change or modify the
tour package and itineraries before or during the tour .We will make reasonable efforts to not if
you promptly of such changes/events sufficiently in advance during booking or prior to
departure of the tour.
• All puja fees on direct payment basis or mention the itinerary

Payment Policies
• Flight Fare + 25% booking amount of ground package cost to initiate a booking if travel date is
more than 30 days from the date of booking.
• 75% amount of ground cost (excluding flight cost) after the all
confirmation/holding regarding your booking.
• Full payment is required before 10 days of the travel date.
• If the package is booked within 10 days of travel date 100 % amount of total tour cost after the all
confirmation/holding regarding your booking.
Cancelation Policies
• 25% of full tour cost 30days prior to departure
• More than 30 days of travel date 20% of ground package cost
• 30 to 21 days before the travel date 40% of ground package cost
• 20 to 15 days before the travel date 60% of ground package cost
• 14 to 10 days before the travel date 80% of ground package cost
• 10 days before the travel date 100% of ground package cost
• Flight cancellation as per airlines policy + service charge + tax.
• Cruise cancellation as per cruise policy + service charge + tax.
• Visa cost total non refundable once visa processed.
• NO “ to CASH Transaction make cashless payments

TERMS AND CONDITION :-

• Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along
with quotation.
 • The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines,
hotels, cruise and transport. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and advance amount is
deposited either in Cheque / cash to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our
end. In case we are unable to get the confirmations then the deposited amount shall be
refunded to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages the
airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group.
• Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the
rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category
rooms where you had to paid the differences.

• Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new
tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation
charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
• Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended
confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation
policy shall be applicable in such case.
• In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest’s discretion
whether to take service or not.
• Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of International travel) containing
your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a
valid identity proof so please don’t carry that with you.
• The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and number of meals
including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel
does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
• For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the
hotel.
• Bhakti Route Premium Tours Pvt Ltd can assist you in processing visa for international travel
but can't assure your visa and in case of failure of visa process, the cancellation policy will be
applicable and will be charged from client.
In case of International travel, rates may vary based on change of ROE or any other fluctuation in international
market or subject to availability.
