    Travel Date:- May 2nd Week 2024


    No Of Pax:- 02 Adult 1 Child 8 Year Old
    Day 1: Arrival in Guwahati and
    transfer to Shillong

    ➔ On your arrival, you will be


    transferred from the Guwahati
    airport/Khanapara pickup point (if
    traveling by bus/train) to your hotel
    in Kaziranga. check in, the remaining
    day is yours to enjoy andrelax. Take
    this opportunity to relax, unwind, and
    recharge your energy for the thrilling
    adventures that await you throughout
    the rest of your tour.
    Day 2: Shillong to Cherrapunji

    Check-out from your hotel after which the


    driver will take you to Cherrapunji. On the
    way visit Elephant Falls & Mawkdok Dympep
    Viewpoint and take in the wonderful views of
    the surroundings.

    Later reach Wei Sawdong Falls for a small


    hike. Later, reach the viewpoints of
    Nohkalikai Falls & Seven Sisters Falls and for
    a small stop.

    Reach Cherrapunji and visit the Mawsmai &


    Arwah caves which are famous for their
    fossils. Have an overnight stay in
    Cherrapunji.
    Day 3: Cherrapunji To Tyrna Village

    The driver will pick you up from your


    hotel and take you on an exciting
    Nongriat Trek. Arrive in Tyrna village,
    the starting point of the Nongriat Trek.
    Go through a beautiful trail full of
    forests & bridges and cross the Double
    Decker Root Bridge (Nongriat).
    Admire the views of lush green
    surroundings on the trek. After the trek,
    reach back to starting point of the trek
    in Tyrna Village.

    Overnight stay in Cherrapunji..


    Day 4: Cherrapunji To Dawki Via
    Mawlynnong

    Check-out from your hotel and driver will


    pick you up and take you to Dawki. Take a
    stop at Mawlynnong on the way and roam
    around Asia’s Cleanest Village.
    Marvel at the Balancing Rock which has
    stayed immobile for many years.
    Cross the Single Decker Living Root Bridge
    as you explore Riwai village.
    Arrive in Dawki and enjoy boating on the
    crystal-clear waters of the Umngot River.

    Have an overnight stay in Shnongpdeng.


    Day 5: Shnongpdeng to Shillong via
    Jowai
    Check-out from your homestay in Shnongpdeng
    after which the driver will pick you up and take
    you to Shillong.

    On the way visit Jowai home to the breathtaking


    Krang Suri Waterfalls.

    After sightseeing at the waterfall and head to


    Laitlum Canyon in Shillong & see the place where
    the Bollywood movie Rock On 2 was shot. Have an
    overnight stay at your hotel in Shillong.
    Day 6: Departure & End Of The Trip
    Pack your bags and check out from your hotel in
    Shillong after which the driver will pick you up and
    take you to Kamakhya Temple in Guwahati.

    Here, you can pay your respects to the Goddess


    Kamakhya, the embodiment of Shakti. After the
    temple visit, the driver will take you to Guwahati
    airport/Railway station.

    Here your exhilarating 7-day tour will come to an


    end.

    PAYMENT PROCEDURE

    ➔ The above package can be booked


    by paying token amount which is
    40% of the total amount of the
    booking.
    ➔ Remaining 60% should be paid on
    the 1st day of the tour.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    ➔ If cancellations are made 30 days before the


    date of travel then 20% of total tour cost will
    be charged as cancellation fees.
    ➔ If cancellations are made 15 days to 30 days
    before the date of travel then 35% of total
    tour cost will be charged as cancellation
    fees.
    ➔ If cancellations are made 0 day to 10 days
    before the date of travel then 100% of total
    tour cost will be charged as cancellation
    fees.
    INCLUSIONS

    ➔ 5 Nights accommodation.
    ➔ 5 Breakfasts.(Sedan Cab)
    ➔ 1 Room 1 Extra Bed
    ➔ Transport services by an exclusive vehicle
    as per itinerary
    ➔ .
    ➔ Airport, Railway Station and Hotel Pickup
    and drop back at the end of the tour .
    ➔ Assistance on arrival.
    ➔ Check in & Check out at 12 Noon.
    ➔ Inclusive of all the Taxes (Parking, Toll
    Tax, Luxury Tax, Green Tax , Fuel Exp., and
    Driver Exp. etc.

    EXCLUSIONS

    ➔ Heater charge will be extra.


    ➔ 5% GST.
    ➔ Any monument entry fees / camera fees.
    ➔ Any meal, which is not mentioned above.
    ➔ Any guide charges.
    ➔ Any air / train fare.
    ➔ Personal expenses such as drinks, laundry, phone
    call, camera fees, or any other item
    ➔ Anything that is not mentioned in the section
    ‘inclusions’.
    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. No refund will be made for any unused


    accommodation, missed meals, transportation
    segments, sightseeing tours or any other service.
    Such unused items are neither refundable nor
    exchangeable.

    2. Room allocation is done by the hotel depending


    upon availability at the time of check-in in the
    category of room as specified on your confirmation
    voucher.

    3. No refund shall be claimed, if the services &


    amenities of hotel were not up to your
    expectations, it will be considered on case to
    case basis Confirmation policy.

    4. If after confirmation any date or any other


    changes will be done from client ends before 10
    days of there travel date then 2000/- Per package will
    be cost extra.
    POINTS TO NOTE

    The rates are subjects to change without any


    prior notice.

    ➔Accommodation in the itinerary at the


    mentioned hotels or the similar hotels.

    ➔ The confirmation is subjects to availability


    and prior payment.

    ➔ Extra bed means Extra mattress.


    ➔ Heater charges are extra.

    ➔ No refund will be made for any unused


    accommodation, missed meals, transportation
    segments sightseeing tours or any other
    service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike,
    Road blocks or any other factor beyond our
    Control. Such unused items are neither
    refundable nor exchangeable.

    ➔ AC will not work in Hill Stations. 8. Tocken


    amount is non refundable. 9. All disputs are
    subject to Shimla Jurisdiction only.
