Duties & Responsibilities :

Responsible for Inspection & Supervision of whole construction site from scratch to finish
for quality control as per specification & standard with following responsibilities
• To conduct inspection of all ongoing activities for Civil Construction Such as excavation,
raft foundation works, first floor slab, roof slab and upper roof slab steel works concrete
pouring, masonry and finishing work.
• To conduct the inspection of water proofing & Leak test as per project specifications.
• To conduct the inspection of wooden door, Metal door, Aluminum door & window as per
approved ITP and Project Specification.
• To conduct the inspection of Boundary wall finishing activities as per project
specification.
• To conduct the inspection of all kind of marble installation as per IFC Drawings and project
specification.

and window and door location as per approved project drawings.

• To submit inspection requests in coordination with concerned site/project engineers.
• Prepare daily QA/QC report regarding inspections, material, Non conformances etc.
• Prepare weekly surveillance reports, non-conformance reports and verification of
corrective actions.
• Check the drawings and documents used at site for approvals and compliance with
project requirements.
• Ensure that all works are carried out as per the approved method statements and
drawings.
• Ensure that all equipment used are calibrated and with valid certificates.
• Assist / coordinate the preparation of the final handing over documents such as QC/QA
documents, testing etc.
• Preparation of testing and method statements in coordination with vendors, General
Contractor representatives and project owner’s representatives.
• Coordinate with the client regarding the quality control matters and quality of work.
• Visual Inspection of Material as per Approved Vendor.
• Check and review the plans & specifications for the proper construction & quality
implementation at job site.
• Follow Inspection and Test Plan for the Civil, Structural and Building Works and carries
out the various stages Inspection and Tests.
• Responsible to make completion certificates of QA/QC works
• Responsible to prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Prepare consolidation report for materials testing laboratory, checklist generated during
inspection and quality control inspection report during site implementation.
• Making Inspection Request for each activity according to ITP
• Have experience to make Request for Information (RFI) to Client.

waterproofing, electricity, all structure point, Partition ,Plastering, tile & Paint work,
doors windows other finishing item.
• Bar bending schedule making and approved from the consultant according to drawing.
• Daily and weekly report making and submit to the construction Manager.
• Supervision of Concrete Pouring properly and vibrator enough for the good surface.
• Inspection of all stage with the RFI and check list with the client and consultant.
• Look after the worker such as Supervisor, Foreman, Mason, carpenter, steel fixer,
electrician , labor, etc .and solve his major issue on site .
• Supervise and observes the House keeping point and push the site foreman and
supervisor.
• Look the formwork quality and use released agent from the concrete surface,
• Liaise with client’s representative.
• Carry out internal audits to assess effectiveness of quality system.
• Assist project staff in training field personnel/ supervisors with to quality requirement.
• Responsible in handing over required documentation to the client for final acceptance.
• Maintenance of files /records of inspection reports of different structures done.
 • Inspecting contractors work for conformity to plans, specifications and regulations
