During my work experience at Lauburu, I was given the responsibility of being in-charge of the office for a period of 3 days as my boss (Company CEO) had to leave for Delhi immediately to pursue a potential client and the account manager was unavailable. I had to coordinate with my boss on the potential clients project and also handle the existing accounts with the clients hot on my heel for the delivery of the projects due. The biggest challenge, however, was to manage and lead a team of professionals, with such varied experience and skill set, with most of them being senior to me in age and experience. Not only did I stand upto the task, but I successfully handled all my responsibilities and led our team to flawless coordination and our work impressed the client enough to get us the account.
