    Subject: Withdrawal of Accident Case

    Dear Officer Commanding,

    I am writing to formally request the withdrawal of the accident case involving my vehicle, a
    Breeza, year 2018, with vehicle number BP-1-E0413. The incident occurred on 21-07-2024
    at Pamtsho, Thimphu.

    On the mentioned date, my relative, Sanga Chode, bearing CID 11505004754 was driving
    my vehicle when she encountered a dog on the road. In an attempt to avoid hitting the dog,
    she panicked and turned the steering wheel to the left, which unfortunately resulted in the
    vehicle colliding with a street pole.

    After discussing the matter with Sanga Choden and understanding the circumstances that
    led to the accident, we have resolved the issue between ourselves. I acknowledge and
    accept the damages caused to the vehicle and the street pole. Furthermore, Sanga Choden
    has agreed to cover all repair costs of the vehicle and the pole.

    Given that we have reached an amicable resolution, I respectfully request that the Royal
    Bhutan Police withdraw the accident case. I am available to provide any additional
    information or documentation required to facilitate this process.
