    Documents Required
    1. Color scan of biodata page of passport (minimum validity 6 months).

    2. Copy of the bank statement (must contain: applicant's name, bank


    name, date, minimum balance of USD 1500 or equivalent
    conversion).

    3. Flight ticket or booking. Return ticket must be within 59 days.

    4. Address of staying in Indonesia.

    5. RT-PCR test with negative result. The test must have a QR code to
    confirm the authentication.

    6. Vaccination letter/certificate that confirm the traveler has received


    full vaccination doses. Exemption applied for children under 12 years
    old.

    7. Travel or health insurance that covers your stay.

    8. Signed statement letter to comply with health protocol of Indonesia


    (Emerhub will prepare the draft).

    Terms and Conditions
    1. The visa approval issuance is solely based on Directorate General
    Immigration decision. EMERHUB is not responsible for any refund of a
    rejection in a case all the required documents are submitted.

    2. Foreigners shall enter Indonesia via Jakarta International Airport within 90


    days as of issuance of the visa.

    3. Foreigners are allowed to enter Indonesia with a negative PCR test issued
    not later than 2x24 hours prior to the departure of the entry flight.

    4. Mandatory quarantine must be done with own expenses in the government


    appointed hotel.

    5. The Client agrees to sign a letter of indemnity to Emerhub.

    6. If the Client terminates the service, the funds spent for proper fulfillment by
    EMERHUB shall not be returned.

    7. EMERHUB shall have the right to keep the full amount paid by the Client in
    case the Client fails to provide the required documents without any
    exceptions as requested by EMERHUB and government authorities
    (Directorate General of Immigration, COVID-19 Task Force, etc).

    8. Emerhub shall not be liable for complete or partial non-fulfilment of the


    service if it is caused by force majeure conditions including but not limited
    to prohibitive regulations of the government, pandemic and unavailability of
    government system to proceed the applications and other circumstances
    implied by the legislation of Indonesia.

    9. The timeline of the visa processing may change depending on the


    requirements of the government as well as functioning of the government
    system.
