Course Objectives:
The objectives of this course titled Constitutional Law of Bangladesh is to develop students’
understanding fundamental laws of the land and appreciation of conceptual framework for the
same, in order to develop their ability to apply such concepts and understanding principles in
their practical and professional field.

Lecture 8: Secularism, Bangladesh Nationalism, Socialism, Democracy.
