    Hello teacher
    My name is Huy . I am 19 years old. My major is software application. My hobbies are
    listening to music and reading books. Today, I am going to talk about…………. (my
    family member/ my classmate/ my favorite activity in a day/ my musical taste/ my
    favorite restaurant/ my electronic product)

    My mother's name is Canh. She has just turned 47 years old in January. My mother
    is a farmer and also a florist. She is self-employed so her work time is flexible.
    Although she has lots of things to do, she always spends quality time for her
    family. She is the main cook in my family and her culinary skills are always on top
    1 in the world from my point of view. My mother is quite talkative and easy going
    but I’m not. I still communicate well with my relatives and my classmates but I’m
    not type of person who likes to talk to people all the time. I think I'm quite
    introverted whereas my mom is an extrovert. My mother likes listening to 90s
    music which often sounds melodic, I prefer EDM and Rock that are loud and
    piercing. Despite many different features between us, we incredibly see eyes to

    Topic 2
    In my free time, I usually cook, watch TV and play badminton. All meals in the
    family are cooked by me. During meals, I usually cook a lot of dishes. like meat,
    fish, eggs. I like to decorate my food beautifully. it helps me relax and mind after a
    hard day of studying. My favorite food is fish because it is high in protein and low
    in fat. Eating every bite, in addition to cooking, playing badminton helps me move
    my body and exercise. In addition to the dishes in the main meal, I also like to
    make snacks such as cakes, candies, and fruits. Cooking helps relieve hunger, in
    addition, there are incidents: cut hands, fire. Watching TV helps me to know more
    interesting news, update the new news of the day. I love to cook so I will never

    As you know, after a hard studying or working, we often have some entertainment
    to relax. There are many different and interesting hobbies such as: reading books,
    collecting stamps, going swimming and so on. But my favourite hobby is listening
    to a music. I started listening to music 7 years ago.I am very interested in listening
    to foreign music such as: US – UK, Korea, Japan. However I especially like K-
    pop’s music because of many reasons. Its melodies are so attractive and addictive.
    Each song has their own colour so I never feel boring when I listen to them. I
    always find out the meaning of all songs I have heard. Therefore, I can know many
    English, Korean and Japanese words. This helps me a lot in learning foreign
    languages. Listening to music brings us not only entertainment but also knowledge.
    It is so useful and wonderful! Music will be my best friend forever of me when I
    tired, happy or sad. Maybe I will never give up listening to music.

    In my hometown, there is a restaurant called Seoul that I often go to. It is located
    on the street of the Samsung collective area, Thai Nguyen. Seoul is a hot pot
    restaurant belonging to Samsung Group, South Korea. where you can eat dishes
    like kimchi hot pot and spicy Korean-style noodles and snacks and desserts with
    cakes. I usually go there with my family for dinner on special occasions. It's a
    rather classy restaurant where you would invite someone if you wanted to treat
    them to a meal. We usually order 3 dishes: a light appetizer followed by a main
    course. I'm a "sweet person" so I always look forward to dessert. The restaurant is
    decorated in a Korean theme with a slightly Vietnamese decor. The prices there are
    quite reasonable and extremely affordable during the holidays, when it is very
    crowded, and must be booked in advance. and the restaurant has a happy hour
    program with 20% off bill for all guests traveling with family. I am completely
    impressed by these small but meaningful actions. I think the staff are very nice,
    from start to finish, they must have been well trained. In addition, if a customer has
    a birthday on that day, the restaurant will give them a free cake and a small musical
    performance to celebrate. Every time I come to Seoul I am satisfied not only with
    the food but also with the service here

    Along with the great development of technology, a series of technological devices


    have been born to serve people. The most useful modern one for me is the
    smartphone. I just bought an APPLE smartphone at the beginning of the year,
    priced at VND 8 million because I find it pearl white, quite beautiful and has many
    useful features, supporting my study work. First, its super-fast wifi connection
    makes it easy to download lectures and homework. Thanks to that, my learning
    became simpler and easier. Another feature that I really like is its camera. Apple's
    smartphone is like a miniature digital camera that I can take anywhere. Moreover,
    the resulting image is extremely sharp and vivid. What I don't like about it is that it
    gets hot and drains the battery quickly. For the above functions, a smartphone is an
    indispensable thing for me that I always carry with me when I go out.
