In my opinion, the two points that the author showed are entirely different, and
I disagree with that opinion.
I have 3 reasons to prove it as follows
Firstly, I suppose that cheating in school is something that cannot be accepted;
it demonstrates the dishonesty of students. And naturally, it's negative; one
student forcing their friend to do their work for them. It not only brings no
benefit to the person doing the work but also makes the person asking for it
1
lazy, subjective, and diminishes their intelligence over time. It's also a sign of
schoolyard violence. Why don't they ask their friend for help to improve their
learning instead of forcing them to do the work for them?
Meanwhile, As far as I’m concerned hiring a chief financial officer to take care
of your numbers in your business, as the author stated, is a positive thing
because the person hired is paid a deserved salary and remuneration. In
2
addition, when a person is hired, they are welcomed by a positive attitude, and
they voluntarily agree to it. Both parties benefit equally; it's not cheating but
rather mutual support. This action can be considered a legitimate cooperative
strategy and brings benefits to both parties.
Secondly, in the context of school, asking someone else to do work for you is
usually a personal and self-directed action, not approved by teachers or
management. This undermines fairness and impartiality in learning and testing.
In the context of business, hiring a financial manager is often a strategic
decision made by senior management or shareholders, with consent from
management and relevant parties.

Finally, the consequences of cheating in school often lead to negative

outcomes such as loss of grades, penalties, and even loss of trust from
teachers and friends. In business, hiring someone often benefits the business,
such as increasing work efficiency, improving product/service quality, and
optimizing profits. Learning from school not only provides knowledge but also
helps build self-learning skills and confidence in one's abilities. In business,
building cooperative relationships based on sincerity and honesty between
parties is important for achieving long-term success.
In consequence, it is evident that, although both actions involve seeking
assistance from others, the way schools and businesses handle them often
reflects differences in purpose, nature, and specific contexts. These are two
opposite things.
