Personality Adjectives

I. A continuación se le presenta 9 personality adjectives. Favor escríbalos con la


definición que mejor corresponda: shy furious selfish honest miserable extrovert
sensible curious confident

1. A person who is reasonable and practical: sensible

2. A person who doesn't tell lies or cheat people: Honest

3. A person who thinks only about himself: Selfish

4. A person who is nervous in the company of others: Shy

5. A person who likes to spend time in activities with other people than being quiet and

alone: Extrovert

6. A person who wants to find out about something: Curious

7. Someone who is extremely unhappy: Miserable

8. A person who is extremely angry: Furious

9. Someone who strongly believes in his own abilities: Confident

II. A continuación se le presentan dos enunciados, el primero sobre un amigo y el


segundo sobre un estudiante. Cada uno viene acompañado de una serie de personality
adjectives. Para cada enunciado escoja tres personality adjectives y escriba lo que
considere que mejor describa a un buen amigo y un buen estudiante.
A good friend is: Faithful, stubborn, sensitive, shy, cheerful, extrovert, selfish, honest,
modest, upset, rude, reliable, sincere, pretty, generous, flexible

Faithful, because you can trust them to be there for you in good and bad times.
Generous, as they are always willing to help and share with others.
Honest, since a good friend will tell you the truth even when it's hard to hear

A good student is: Lazy, polite, hard-working, sensible, nervous, honest, curious,
confident, stupid, inventive, talkative, loyal, intelligent, ambitious, modest, tense, patient

Hard-working, as they put effort into their studies and complete their tasks on time.
Curious, because they have a desire to learn and explore new ideas.
Polite, since they show respect towards their teachers and classmates.

III. A continuación se le presentan una serie de personality adjectives. Forme el
