    Problem Description / Diagnostics


    Problem: X-Ray is not possible with error CT_XRS 1045
    Action: filament adaptation and getter failed.
    Performed HVC01 test with dummy plugs and it passed successfully for different KV and different
    angles.
    The expansion vessel shows that the membrane is concave so the X-Ray tube and cooling unit
    should be ordered and replaced together.
    Tube details ( 503967 scan seconds, installed on 13-9-2012).
    A follow up visit is needed .
    System is down.
