Overview

This internship role is designed to provide freshers with an opportunity to learn and gain experience in
the field of Learning and Development (L&D), with a focus on Competency-Based Learning.

The competency-based training framework is a systematic approach of training that focuses on building
a culture of continuous learning, self-development, upskilling employees on competencies needed to
perform a job successfully & better project fitment. Competency-based training framework is often
based on a job analysis, which identifies the key competencies that are required for a particular role.

By using self-assessment and micro-assessment, we target better understanding on the training needs of
the employees and develop targeted training programs to address those needs. This leads to improved
employee performance, increased productivity, and reduced costs.

Responsibilities

 Develop and implement learning and development programs that are aligned with the
organization's competency framework.
 Identify training needs through employee surveys, performance reviews, and other assessments.
 Design engaging and effective training programs utilizing various instructional methods.
 Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, assessments, and other
feedback mechanisms.
 Analyze training outcomes and prepare reports for management to ensure continuous
improvement of training initiatives.
 Work with managers and employees to develop and implement individual learning plans.
 Facilitate orientations, training workshops and seminars.
 Connect with stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

 Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Education, Technical (BTech, BCA, BSc
IT/Computer Science, MCA), or a related field.
 Excellent research and analytical skills.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Power point, Word).
