The given table chart demonstrates the number of different items delivered by the

postal services from 2000 to 2013.


Overall, there have been some changes, but the most notable are mass
advertisement upward trend and two others downward trend.
A closer look at the chart shows the fact that, in the beginning, personal bills and payments were the
most delivered items with more than 60 billion items. Mass advertising is less with about 50 billion and
personal letter is more than 10 billion. For the next three years, in 2003, the number of personal letters
tends to decrease slightly from more than 10 billion to about 5 billion and remain unchanged until 2013.

With the personal bills and payments, it slid down gravity to 2005 and then increased by more than 10
billion items in 2007. The total number of items is about 35 billion. Since 2010, from less than 25 billion
items, down more than 10 billion compared to 2007, the number of items decreased slightly and
continued to decrease steadily until 2013, Decline about 40 billion items compared to the beginning.

In general, mass advertisement has grown steadily from 2003 to 2007, increasing from more than 60
billion to nearly 80 billion. After 2007, mass advertising still thrived and reached a peak in 2013, reaching
more than 80 billion items and almost doubling compared to 2000.
