OBJECTIVE:
To obtain a responsible position as a Design Engineer where my creative skills in the field
can contribute to my professional growth as well as create value to the organization.

KEY-SKILLS: ANSYS WB, ANSYS FLUENT, CATIA, CREO, HYPERMESH.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Faculty: CADD Centre Pvt Ltd, Vashi: 4th June 2018 to 10th March 2022

 Projects:

“CFD Simulation of wire mesh Heat Sink by Natural Convection”. a Thermal Project-2022.

Heat is generated by the various engineering applications during their operations. Heat
sinks are used to reduce these overheating problems. Heat sinks are the device which are
used widely in the various industrial applications to cool down the system
In this analysis, natural convection heat transfer at steady state conditions is carried out from
rectangular mounted heat sink with wire mesh as an extended surface.
In the analysis the effect of various fin parameters (fin height, fin spacing, wire diameter) were
analyzed for heat transfer enhancement. The models with different parameters were
prepared in CATIA V5. Then exported to ANSYS 15. for analysis.

“CFD Analysis of CPC Solar Heater with Single and Double Receiver Tube”. a Thermal Project
2020-2021.

Compound Parabolic Collector (CPC) is a special type of solar collector fabricated in the shape
of two meeting parabolas. It is generally used for medium pressure steam delivery at around
80⁰C- 200⁰C.They are very economical.
The model was prepared using CATIA V5. Then the model was exported to ANSYS 15, were
meshing was done and analysis carried out.
First, the analysis was done to know the temperature rise of the water coming out through a
single receiver pipe of a CPC Solar heater having concentration ratio 5, for a given mass flow
rate. We got temperature rise around 91⁰C.

Second, the analysis was done by decreasing the mass flow rate and taking two receiver
tubes and placing them in
i) Horizontal Arrangement
ii) Vertical Arrangement
we found that horizontal arrangement is more effective and there is maximum rise in
temperature of about 121⁰C.

“CFD Analysis of noncircular journal bearings lubricated with multi-grade oil”. a Thermal
Project – 2020
This analysis involved influence of thermal pressure and temperature profile in
thermodynamic analysis of surface –textured noncircular journal bearing. The oil film pressure
and effective temperature of the lubricating oil are influenced significantly by the radial load
and rotational speed. With the increase in the radial load and speed, oil film pressure and
temperature increase along lobe mid-plane.

“Nylon and Plastic Chip Analysis used in Dental Implants.” a Dental Project--2019.

Dental implants are metal rods placed inside the jaws over which teeth is placed.
The tooth is placed over the metal with a chip inside it to provide a cushioning effect between
rod n tooth. Thus helping in comfortable chewing of food and early wearing of tooth.
The analysis was done to know whether which chip would serve better, nylon chip or plastic
chip. The materials being brittle we have compared their principal stresses and concluded that
Nylon Chip would perform better.
