I. Objectives
At the end of the lesson the students should able to:

a. Identify the sentence or picture if it is fantasy or reality


b. Distinguish reality from fantasy (EN4LC-IIh-35)
c. Perform a role play based on a Fantasy and Reality

Topic: Fantasy and Reality
Reference: English 4- Learning Module Quarter 2-Module 5
Materials: Group Activity Paraphernalia, worksheets, flashcards, pictures

1.Prayer

Checking the Attendance

 Today, we will learn about distinguishing
reality from fantasy.
Fantasy – Tell’s about things that cannot happen
in real life.
Example: -A girl named Sam sleeps in the clouds.
She loves to talk with the clouds because it is her
best friend.

Reality – a realistic story that can really happen in


real life.
Example: Cardo is sleeping under the tree after
their class ended.

D. Application

Group Activity-Role Play

(The teacher will divide the class into two.)

-In our activity this afternoon you will going to


present a roleplay

Group 1-(Reality) Create a roleplay happening on


a classroom scenario.

Group 2-(Fantasy) Create a roleplay that is not


happening in real life. (The students will do the activity and present it to

IV. Evaluation

Write R if the statement is in reality and F if it is in fantasy.

V. Assignment

Write 2 sentence for reality and 2 sentence for fantasy.
