a) UUC for calibration should be sent & collected personally
to ensure safety of your equipment. If sent through courier,
it will be on your own risk & responsibility.
b) UUC to be collected within 2-3 days of submission; we are
not Responsible for any breakage or loss.
9 Collection & Delivery c) Ensure that the equipment provided for Calibration /
Testing are in proper working condition.
d) Ensure that the accessories provided along with the
equipment are offered for Calibration & Testing. Example:
Manual, Adapter, Kits etc.,
e)After some days if calibrated Items found to be faulty or
defective and needs repair / service the recalibration will be
charged.The Equipment will not be re calibrated for free of
cost at any reasons.
As a courtesy, ensure that the equipment is cleaned and
10 Packing packed well before being sent to our Lab. We will ensure that
we return is back the same way to our Customers.
Recommended Calibration frequency - due date -
11 Calibration & Acceptance status - will be incorporated into the Calibration /
Testing frequency Testing Certificate subject to request by the Customer in the
/ Due date delivery challan or letter or through a written mail.

QLAB takes utmost care in its Calibration & Testing process;

12 Loss or damage we would like to clarify in writing that we will not be
during transit responsible for the Equipment failures during the Calibration
& Testing Process.

a) Onsite charges, as discussed and decided with the Client

organization.
b) Customer is requested to keep the equipment in order &
ready to work condition for Onsite Calibration / Testing
13 Onsite Calibration
Services.
c) The equipment to be calibrated / tested on-site is to be
removed from the subject machine / assembly by your
Organization and offered in a clean-room environment

All Calibration & Testing will be performed as per

14 Calibration & manufacturer’s recommended procedure / lab approved
Testing procedure procedure based on standard measurement practices
traceable to National / International standards.
