1. In line with the current thrust of the BSP by giving emphasis on providing quality trainings
to our Adults in Scouting during this time of pandemic, the Southern Tagalog Region,
BSP is cordially inviting the field to the conduct of COURSE FOR MANAGERS OF
LEARNING (CML) on October 19-24, 2021 at ZOOM (Virtual).
Course Description: CML is the First stage in a 2-stage progressive scheme of training
trainers; a 6-day(first three (3) days Virtual and last three (3) days on-site Training)
course focusing on the role of the trainer as manager of training courses. This course
requires a remote/virtual training modality.
This Course offers the two (2) Educational Modalities such as Online and Limited Face to
Face in compliance with the IATF Protocols. The first part, will be manage in Virtual
Modality while the remaining half of the course will be on Limited Face to Face for
Practicum and other topics related which needs Trainers-Trainee Face to Face. This is
first come, first serve basis training course. Heath Personnel Team will be available
specifically in the limited face to face modality schedules.
2. Qualifications:
a.) Must be a Two-Beads Holder (with Wood Badge Parchment Certificate) for at least
24 months.
b.) Should be a registered Unit Leader of the BSP.
c.) Should have completed Covid vaccine doses (vaccination card is required).
d.) Should be physically, mentally and medically fit ( medical certificate is required).
3. A Registration Fee of Five Thousand and Five Hundred Pesos (P5,500.00) shall be
charged from each participant to defray the cost of meals, snacks and accomodation (for
Participants and Course Staff) souvenir, handouts, training supplies/materials, health kit
and other related administrative and program expenses.
Registration Fee, transportation and other incidental expenses related thereof are
chargeable against local funds or MOOE subject to its availability with the prescribed
accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
4. Deadline for the list of participants with the Application to Attend Form will be on 20
September 2021 together with the deposit slip of the registration to the host depository
account with details as follows:

5. This training course is CPD accredited, therefore strict adherence and compliance in the
part of the participants are hereby requested to attain and maintain the standard of the
training.
6. All participants are required to be at the ZOOM Meeting on or before 8:00 o’clock in the
morning before the start of the training course OPENING CEREMONY with complete
gears/materials as required in the checklist, accommodation and protocol purposes.
