9. In the google form, the student should attach a recommendation letter from college/
institute. (There is a separate provision for attaching letters in the Google form). This
letter should be addressed to NTPC or to The General Manager NTPC Regional Learning
Institute, Sipat, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. In this letter, the institute should mention
students name, branch, roll number, recommending him/her for the Vocational

at NTPC Sipat. This letter can be signed by the Training Coordinator/Placement Officer/
Registrar/ Director/HOD/ any responsible officer of the college/Institute. For Faculty, the
training will be called Industrial Training and the letter should be signed by the Director or
Principal. Multiple names of students of the same college can be given in one letter. The
attachment should be 1 MB or less.
10. If you face difficulty in opening the Google Form, please login into your Gmail account
first, and then try to open the link.
11. After receipt of Google form response, and after finalizing the selection as per our
criteria, a shortlisting email will be sent by NTPC RLI-Sipat to the student by 17th May
2024 confirming the shortlisting of the student in the program.
12. Please note that there are only a limited number of seats. Confirmatory email from
NTPC RLI- Sipat will be sent only to selected candidates. Please check your email
regularly for any email from RLI-Sipat.
13. In case of high response, the shortlisting of students will be done based on merit/other
suitable criteria. Seat limit for one particular institute or location, or branch or any
other criteria may also be set by NTPC RLI Sipat. Decision of NTPC RLI-Sipat regarding
number of seats/selection criteria shall be final.
14. On receipt of our shortlisting email only, students should pay the fee Rs. 2000/- as
per details, which will be provided in the shortlisting email. Fees once paid are non-
refundable even if the participant is not able to attend the program.
15. Students who do not receive individual shortlisting mail should not pay the fees.
16. After payment, students have to submit details of payment and other particulars in a
separate Google Form (Link will be sent later) and also fill up separate forms
regarding rules and regulations of the training. Google form link and format for it will
be provided in the confirmatory e-mail to the shortlisted candidates.
17. After receipt of fee, updated google form and all other forms, final selection mail will
be sent to students by around 5th June 2024.
18. Program sessions are likely to start tentatively between 10th to 15th June 2024 and the
program will be completed by around 15 July 2024. Separate communication regarding
exact program schedule shall be sent to all the selected candidates.
19. Candidates should note that a project will also be given as part of the program. All
candidates have to complete the project in the period of 4 weeks.
20. All successful candidates shall be given certificates through electronic mode.
21. RLI Sipat reserves the right to cancel/indefinitely postpone the program in case of
unforeseen emergency.
