Marketing is the basis for any company to build meaningful connections with it’s consumers, driving
awareness, engagement, and loyalty through effective communication about it’s products and services.
It not only serves as the primary channel for offers but also plays a critical role in understanding the
consumer behavior and shaping strategies accordingly.
At the Performance marketing team, we harness the power of data to make better informed decisions,
overseeing end-to-end campaigns and leveraging Martech tools like CDP for having unified consumer
journey and providing the personalized offers via better equipped email service platforms.
A Performance Marketing BLP will identify and give the data drive marketing using the various Martech
stack. Below are the key responsibilities:
• Gain expertise in CRM / CDP , Zeta and preference center platforms
• Understand the consumer journey :- Map key touchpoints in the consumer journey.
• Evaluate customer preferences, behaviors, and demographic trends.
• Identify successes and areas for improving consumer targeting.
• Apply strategies of optimum & effective in the email service platforms i.e., Zeta.
• Improvising the QA process to enhance maximum accuracy

• Proven leadership both inside and beyond the classroom
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior
• Precision in managing data and working on the marketing campaigns

• Passion for excellence with high integrity and a commitment to quality
• Focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving business growth
• Relevant internship or co-op or equivalent work experience
