across multiple stakeholders and develop strategies to improve results.
• Metaverse – Co-create experiences and experiments to engage with customers, build brand awareness and pursue
collaboration/ monetisation opportunities.
• Partnerships – Support the team in securing strategic partnerships that may help expand the enterprise digital
ecosystem.
• Voice of the Customer – Support the team in development and tracking of action items related to orchestrating this,
including evaluation of suitable platforms and monitoring NPS scores and follow-up action.

Requirements:

and communications programmes to drive app awareness and adoption.

Job description:
• Support app marketing by contributing to campaign ideation, content development, media planning (e.g. paid media
platforms, website, in-app, EDM, SMS, social media, and more), creative/assets design to promote the various features
of the app.
• Manage in-app marketing assets and work with business units to curate effective content to support airport wide
publicity and drive campaign visibility and click-throughs.
• Conduct market research to understand trends and industry landscape, as well as to measure and analyse app
performance and key attribution of success across various campaigns and product initiatives.
• Be the opportunity to be a part of the product development process for new feature(s) development (such as in-app

Job description:
Digital Event Booking
• Assist in product growth of event booking solution(s) through continuous implementation and review of functionalities
and user experience.
• Champion value-driven development by planning and conducting post-mortem analysis, user testing, and
experimentation, to validate feature fit.
• Ensure optimal performance of event booking solution(s) through ad hoc troubleshooting and bug management.
• Coordinate with business owners and developers on end-to-end setup of booking experience for events and
continuously improve processes.
• Manage feedback on products and lead market analysis.

Digital Travel Services


• Help develop and grow a new travel related product in Changi App to serve pre-trip research, planning and booking
needs.
• Fully in charge of some product sub-features and be responsible to find creative ways to live some of these features as
quickly as possible. Skills in copy-writing, basic design will be helpful.
• Liaise with potential partners and to help onboard them into the features.
• Work closely with UIUX designers to refine features.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure the awareness of the features is well publicised.

Digital Shop & Dine


• Be part of the ideation process for Changi App’s efforts to increase stickiness and engagement via services such as F&B
reservations, digital ordering.
• Work with existing eCommerce platforms such as iShopChangi and Sift & Pick to increase referral and conversion.
• Assist in the post-mortem analysis to measure the success and impact of our efforts.
• Assist the marketing team to develop visuals and promotional materials for user acquisition related to such new services
introduced.

Overall
• Help with coordination of the development processes and release management of the app.
• Depending on the skillset and interests of the intern, they may be involved in other areas such as tech development for
gamification, data analytics of key app performance metrics, development of new features to support the growth of the
app and travel recovery, etc.

The team is the innovation unit for Changi Airport Group (CAG)’s Airport Operations Management division. We support
business units in their innovation efforts and function as a catalyst to accelerate operations transformation. Our team
members are obsessed over passenger experience & operational efficiency, enthusiastic about technology and are
motivated to make a difference.

As part of the team, the intern would help explore and undertake projects to generate insights from data, aiming to
enhance decision making for ops planning and/or real-time ops management. Taking a right-to-left approach, the intern
would be expected to collaborate with operational teams in the division to develop a deep understanding of the current
operations; conceptualise how data visualisation, data analytics & knowledge graph could be utilised to improve ops; and
source/generate/curate data (structured and unstructured) to develop data-centric prototypes to test with the
stakeholders.

He/she would be given the autonomy & space to research, self-prototype and/or work with external partners to co-create
solutions. The nature of the work grants a unique opportunity to learn deeply about airport operations & its challenges,

the work grants a unique opportunity to learn deeply about airport operations & its challenges, while testing technological

Job description:
The intern is expected to work on real-life robotics applications such as delivery, cleaning services on practical robot
platforms such as robot arm and robot base.
• Assist in testing, debugging and improving current robotics systems.
• Develop mechanical drawings, manufacture and iterate the prototype with robotics team and end users.
• Hands on assembly of mechanical/electronic components.

Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics, or any other relevant fields of study.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Onshape or similar tools.
