    When you are shopping, the unit price is a helpful value to consider. It
    tells you how much you’ll pay for one unit of something. That unit
    could be a measurement, like pounds or ounces, or an item, like an
    apple or pencil.

    You can calculate the price for a single unit by dividing the total price
    by the number of units. Usually, you can also find it listed on the
    grocery store price tag! In this activity, you will practice calculating
    unit prices so that you can get the best deal when shopping!
