    SUBJECT: Designation as School- Based Feeding Program Coordinator

    DATE: June 3, 2019

    In exigency of service, you are hereby designated as SCHOOL FEEDING FOCAL PERSON of the
    School- Based Feeding Program for SY.2019-2020
    It is understood that you are authorized to execute the duties and responsibilities expected of
    you as the school coordinator but limited to the following:
    1. Attend meetings/seminars in the District/Barangay/LGU/Division in terms of feeding
    programs;
    2. Disseminate relevant information to the teachers through meeting when deemed necessary
    in implementing the feeding program;
    3. Submit necessary reports to the District/Barangay/Division/LGU about feeding program;
    4. Facilitate and oversee the school based- feeding program activities school.

    This designation does not carry with its additional remuneration and is temporary in nature
    subject to be recalled when deemed necessary.
    Please be guided accordingly.
