Thank you for your interest in participating in anime expo chibi 2024 Artist Alley!
Please fill out this application completely to apply for a chance to table at anime expo chibi 2024. Before you apply,
please read through the following:
This is a table request application. It is not a contract and does not guarantee a space in Artist Alley.
Our Artist Alley is for indie artists, crafters, writers, and illustrators; everything sold must be the work of the Artist
at the table. If you are selling mass-produced items, or are otherwise a retailer or publisher, you will not be
considered for Artist Alley.
All items on display must be the original creation of the Artist. Artist shall not copy, sell, or display
counterfeit or official products or merchandise of any anime, manga, video game, television show,
movie, etc.
All participants (Artists and Helpers) in Artist Alley must be 18 years or older to participate.
Sexually explicit or provocative material will not be permitted for sale or display. SPJA will determine what may
be sold and display at its sole discretion.
Artists may only apply for one (1) table. If you need additional space, please inquire about purchasing a booth
in Exhibit Hall.
If accepted, you will be sent a registration link to purchase one (1) Single Table Package, which includes:
One (1) 6'x2' table (skirt not included)
Two (2) chairs
One (1) table sign (includes table name and number)
One (1) Artist Alley Badge for the Primary Artist
One (1) Artist Alley Badge for the Helper

Subsidiary Artists are not allowed for anime expo chibi 2024. All work sold at the table must be created by the
Artist. "Studios" must only have 1 primary artist, no subsidiaries. If you are a studio with multiple artist
contributions please consider applying seperately as artists or as an exhibitor.
Accepted Artists may purchase one (1) additional Artist Alley badge for an additional Helper if needed. This
additional purchase can be made after registering. More details will be provided at a later date via email.
Artist Alley tables must be staffed at all times during the event's hours of operation.
Artist will be required to submit a California Sellers Permit. Artist is responsible for collection and
payment of Sales Tax related to all art/times sold at their Artist Alley table and should obtain all
necessary licenses, permits, and identification numbers.
