    A deposit of $50,000.00 will be required to begin.

    Payment for product and installation is as follows:
    Buyer will pay $5,000 deposit to hold spot on schedule. 50% due at time of order. Discount - $15,600.00
    35% of balance due ten (10) days prior to the scheduled delivery of pool shell (or
    vinyl liner wall kit) to seller. Remaining 15% due upon concrete completion. ( If Total $80,000.00
    financing is being used we request that the Buyer submit signature needed for
    final payment at completion of concrete.

    If using one of our financial partners Lyon Financial or HFS Financial we will go by
    their payment terms. Any balance owed outside of the amount being financed
    through our partners Lyon or HFS Financial will be disclosed to Seller and full
    payment of the outside balance will be required by Seller.

    We accept checks and credit cards with a 3.75% processing fee added to the total cost. If you are using Lyon Financial for your loan, we
    will use their terms of payment.

    Any additional concrete will be charged at cost. If we hit rock or slate when digging, there will be a cost to jack hammer the rock out. We will
    discuss the additional cost if we encounter rock or slate. By accepting this proposed contract the 50% down payment is non-refundable
    after the materials have been ordered.
