1 Idea and Conceptualization

Objective

This proposal outlines the development of a comprehensive online


platform, similar to VenueMonk & Feverup, designed to facilitate the
discovery, and management of venues for various events. The platform
will leverage advanced technology and user-centric design to create a
seamless experience for both venue owners and event planners.

Scope of Work

- City and location wise
- Search based on venue type ( like Banquet Hall, Gaming zone,

Marriage, etc)
4. Booking wizard:
- Select date and time
- No of persons
- No of days
- Generate enquiry

5. Filter the search result:


- Relevancy, Rating, Capacity, Price
- Budget ( min to max range )
- Packages ( veg, nonveg, Liquor )
- Amenities ( Catering, AC hall, DJ, etc )

6. List of all available venues based on the search and filter


7. Details of each venue listed
8. Generate inquiry wizard ( for any particular venue )
9. Plan the event wizard ( For those users who just want to generate
the inquiry)

1. List your business form

- Add business listing details ( like, name, description, images,

4. View the list of all enquires generated by the user from the portal
5. View the list of leads/inquiries that are shared by the admin
6. Accept or Reject the leads/inquiries
7. Upgrade/Downgrade the subscription plan

Superadmin

1. View all business registrations and approve or reject them


2. View list of all users:
- Manage all end users ( view, active/inactive )
- Manage all vendors ( view profile, active/inactive)

3. Manage business listings

4. Event type categorization: Show a list of events based on the
category

- Food and drink and many more

- Detail of event in multiple sections like General info, Seating info
(image-based ), Program info, Place info
- Show review and rating ( We need to discuss how it will work )

8. Share the event/place wizard: The user can share the event/place
location URL into FB, WhatsApp, Mail, Etc
9. View their bookings ( Again it will be done through the third party
platform API integration )

Here vendor means event organiser or the place owner

3. Vendor dashboard:
- Add event/place listing details ( like, name, description, images,
price, etc)
- Edit/Update business listing
Note: All the inquiries, payment and subscriptions will be
managed by the admin manually
