APP FOR CAR RENTAL SERVICE

Overview

The purpose of this consultancy is to create a mobile application and a web-app for a car rental
service similar to Turo app. It will be a cross platform system which allows showrooms to create
account and list their fleet of vehicles. It will also allow customers to browse and search listed
vehicles and book them online.

THE GENERAL SOLUTION

A cross platform system consisting of a web app and a mobile app on both IOS and Android. It
will also require an admin panel where the administrator can view activities of both the
showrooms and the customers. admin will also have the ability to view payments information
and the ability to add, remove or delete user roles.

MOBILE APPLICATION

The mobile application will be made using React Native and its backend API’s will be made
using .Net core. Because of using react native this application will be compatible with both IOS and
android. It will have two separate roles, one for the showroom owners and one for customers.
Showroom owners will be able to list their fleet of vehicles on their accounts while the customers
will be able to search and browse vehicles according to their preferences. After choosing vehicles,
the customers will be able to contact the showroom through a built-in chat panel.

The payments within the customers, showroom owners and administrator will take place within
the system using online payment gateways.

WEB APPLICATION

The website will consist of three modules.

1. A website for normal visitors where they can see information about the company and its
services including home page, contact us, about us etc.
2. Dedicated panels for both the customers and the showroom owners where both will have
same functionalities as the application.
3. An administrator panel where the admin can see all the payment history, view details of
both the customers and the showroom owners. The admin will also have the ability add,
remove or delete user roles.

Timeline for Execution

Budget & Timeline

In consideration for the Service, 3500$ is decided to be the total development cost for this Project
whereas, Payment schedule comprises of 5 parts with 20% Payment upfront and remaining 80%
payment to be divided into 4 parts i.e., 20% each specific to the defined milestones in the scope of
this document.

Important Notes

 The estimated budget cost will cover the Design, Development, Testing, and Delivery of the
project based on the already discussed, mutually agreed and specified requirements
mentioned above in the scope of this document only.
 A status update on the progress of the work will be shared with the client-side stakeholders
on a milestone basis or as and when required basis.

 A bi-weekly status update will be preferred to discuss and review the work in progress with
the stakeholders.
 Any changes suggested in the requirements during the development stage will be
considered as apart from the already discussed costing and timeline.
